Pastor Lenard Blackwell, is the Lead Pastor and founder of Redeemed Sheep of Christ Ministries. He attended Colorado Christian University, where he studied Biblical Counseling and KIDT where he studied Biblical Studies. Before his studies, he served in the Army for 6 years, where he received an Army Achievement Medal for leading Praise and Worship in chapel service while stationed at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Lenard has served in several capacities, including armor bearer, adjunctant, youth minister, and minister. His ordination and covering is through Freedom Outpost Ministry in Troy, MO under the Spiritual direction of Apostle Jeannette Connell. He has been active in ministry for over 10 years, and his dedication to serving his community is truly admirable.
Prophetess Mercend Moore is a accomplished individual, and her dedication to serving her community is truly inspiring. She is currently serving as Overseer and acting Associate Pastor at Redeemed Sheep of Christ Ministries. Additionally, she earned a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and is a graduate of the ICM school of the Prophet under Dr. Ray Self. She was ordained under Freedom Outpost Ministries and has a total of 15 years in active service in ministry. Her background and commitment to her community makes her a true leader.
